Shipping DHL by express courier is totally FREE everywhere in Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City) if you place a minimum order of 89€. Usually in Italy the delivery time is from 2 to 5 working days from the date of shipment.
In Europe UE shipments are made by DHL express courier and are free above € 599 (including UK and Switzerland).
In the Rest of the World, shipments by DHL express courier are free above € 899 (including Malta).
In Russia shipments by EMS express courier are free above € 899 (possible exceptions for remote areas).
To find out the cost based on the country of destination, just continue with the checkout and enter the chosen country.
Shipments are traceable.
With the DHL courier you can customize the shipment according to your needs. Using the link contained in the e-mail and sms sent by DHL with the tracking number, you can reschedule your delivery or redirect the package to a neighbor.
At the time of shipping, the client will receive the tracking number, in order to follow the whole shipment process on the website of our DHL courier.
Every order will be processed in maximum 24h. During the weekends and public holidays might take more time.
If you receive a tampered or open box, we suggest you accept the box “with reservation” (it’s your right) or you can also refuse it. In that case we invite you to contact us without delay, in such way that we can report to the courier.
In case of non-delivery orders because the address or telephone number are incorrect, or the recipienti s absent, the package risk to be sent back to MYLILLY, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for the goods not delivered.
For DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments to EU countries, the price published on the site includes VAT and customs clearance costs. Countries included are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments in non-EU countries are exempt from VAT. Therefore, in the checkout, when entering a destination address in a country outside the European Community, the order will be calculated without VAT. In this case, the customs clearance costs will always be borne by the Customer. These costs are not included in the prices of the items and will not be displayed on the site. Any customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of destination and will be calculated and applied at the time of delivery by the customs authorities.
