Shipping and Delivery Costs

Free Shipping in Italy
Shipping with DHL/GLS couriers is free throughout Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City) for orders over €89. Delivery times in Italy are usually between 2 and 5 working days from the shipping date.

Shipping in Europe and Worldwide
For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, we use the DHL express courier.
The shipping cost is calculated during checkout once the destination is entered. You can see the exact price depending on the selected country.

Shipping Costs for Bulky Items
For large items, such as trolleys or other bulky products, shipping costs may vary. If shipping rates change, we will contact you to confirm the updated amount. If we do not receive confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Shipment Tracking and Delivery Customization
All shipments are trackable. Once the package has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking code via email and SMS. You will be able to monitor the shipment at any time on the DHL/GLS websites. In addition, thanks to the customization service, you will have the option to reschedule the delivery or redirect the package to a neighbour using the link provided in the message received.

Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 24 hours. However, during weekends or public holidays there may be delays.

Delivery and Package Security
If the package appears partially open or tampered with (for example with damaged seals), we invite you to accept it “with reservation” (a right you are entitled to) or refuse it. In any case, please contact us promptly so we can report the incident to the courier.

Delivery Issues
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, the parcel will be returned to mylilly.it. The cost for reshipping will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

DDP and DDU Shipments

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): For shipments within the EU, the indicated price includes VAT and customs clearance fees. The countries included in this option are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): For shipments outside the EU, the order will be VAT-exempt, but customs duties and any applicable taxes (VAT) will be borne by the customer. These costs are calculated by customs authorities at the time of delivery and are not included in the price shown on the website.

From January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the customs and fiscal territory of the European Union (VAT and excise duties), therefore the cost of the product may increase due to possible applicable customs duties.
