GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of the website mylilly.it and define the legal terms regulating purchases made through it.
By accessing and using the website, the user fully accepts the provisions set out herein.

The owner of the sales contract is P. Pelletterie Srl, with registered office at Via Penninello 10, 95124 Catania (Italy), VAT number 04946540871.
These Terms may be periodically updated; any changes will become effective from the moment they are published on mylilly.it.


1. Products and availability

All products for sale on mylilly.it come from official brands carefully selected to offer exclusively original, high-quality items from the most prestigious Italian and international fashion houses.
Products are intended exclusively for final consumers.

Each item is described in detail with information regarding color, size, price, and illustrative images.
Please note that, due to different display settings on various devices, colors and images may not perfectly represent the actual product.

If a product ordered becomes unavailable due to simultaneous purchases, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be informed by email.
P. Pelletterie Srl reserves the right to modify products, prices, and sales conditions at any time.


2. Prices and payments

All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euro (€) and include 22% VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination and are always indicated before order confirmation.

Several payment methods are accepted, including:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Aura, Discover, Postepay, PayPal, PayPal Later, Cash on Delivery, Sofort, Mybank, Scalapay, Klarna, and Cryptocurrency.

In the event of pricing errors, zero amounts, or clearly incorrect values due to system malfunctions or data entry mistakes, P. Pelletterie Srl reserves the right to cancel the order.
The customer will be promptly informed and will receive a full refund of any amounts already paid.


3. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times in Italy are generally between 2 and 5 working days via DHL or GLS express courier.

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the order details and tracking number.

Shipping in Italy

Free for orders over €89.
For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of €6.90 applies.

EU and International Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

For shipments within the European Union, prices include VAT and no customs clearance charges apply.

For shipments to non-EU countries, purchases are made without VAT or with partially deducted VAT, according to current regulations.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the customer. These must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery according to the regulations of the destination country.


Delivery and order verification

Upon delivery, the customer must sign to confirm receipt.

Customers are advised to check the integrity of the package and the correctness of the order immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, tampering, or discrepancies must be promptly reported to the courier and communicated to Customer Service.


4. Data security

P. Pelletterie Srl adopts advanced security measures to protect users' personal data.
Banking data is handled and stored exclusively by certified payment institutions on secure servers.

5. Intellectual property

All content on mylilly.it — including texts, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, and videos — is the exclusive property of P. Pelletterie Srl or licensed to it.

Any reproduction, even partial, of these contents without written authorization is strictly prohibited.


6. Limitation of liability

P. Pelletterie Srl does not guarantee that the website will be free from errors or interruptions and declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or from the inability to access it.


7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to their interpretation or application, the Court of Catania (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


8. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

MYLILLY grants customers the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days from receipt of the order, extending the minimum period of 15 days provided by applicable legislation.

Items must be new, unused, and complete with original tags and packaging.


Customs duties and clearance fees

For international orders, any customs duties, local taxes, import/export taxes, or customs clearance charges applied by the authorities of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, both for the outgoing shipment and any return shipment.

These costs are determined exclusively by customs authorities and do not depend on MYLILLY; therefore, they cannot be refunded.

If non-payment of such charges prevents the goods from returning to our warehouse, the refund may be partial or not issued, depending on the outcome of the return.

Once the return has been authorized, received, and verified, MYLILLY will issue the refund within 48 hours, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs incurred for sending the original order are not refundable, as MYLILLY uses exclusively express shipping services to ensure speed, reliability, and security of delivery.
