Price of product

The price of each item is indicated in Euros.

The cost of shipping is indicated before payment and calculated in relation to the destination of the goods.

All final prices of the items are inclusive of VAT at 22%.


Order

The execution of the purchase order implies the knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.

Items are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times vary from 1 to 5 working days approximately from the date of shipment.

The deliveries of the goods will not be made on Saturdays and Sundays or on national or regional holidays.

The purchase of the products offered for sale on mylilly can be made by consumers / customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.

Order confirmation

The Customer receives at the time of the conclusion of the purchase the written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with the details of the product price and shipping costs.

P. Pelletterie srl sends a subsequent order confirmation by e-mail with the relative delivery times of the product and the traceability of the order by the courier of reference who will carry out the shipment.


Payment methods

P. Pelletterie srl accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Aura, Discover, Postepay, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, Sofort, Mybank and Scalapay.

If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer. Scalapay is a loan that allows you to place an order, up to a maximum of € 600, receive it immediately and pay in 3 interest-free installments. At the time of purchase, you will be immediately charged the first installment (equal to one third of the total purchase value). The next 2 installments will be charged every 4 weeks. In the event of a return, the payment plan will be canceled and you will be refunded the amount relating to the installments already paid.

The ordered products remain the property of P. Pelletterie srl until the full collection of the relative price.


Shipping Methods

Information on shipping methods and costs are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and any customs duties are charged to the customer.

For DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments to EU countries, the price published on the site includes VAT and customs clearance costs. Countries included are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments in non-EU countries are exempt from VAT. Therefore, in the checkout, when entering a destination address in a country outside the European Community, the order will be calculated without VAT. In this case, the customs clearance costs will always be borne by the Customer. These costs are not included in the prices of the items and will not be displayed on the site. Any customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of destination and will be calculated and applied at the time of delivery by the customs authorities.

All orders are delivered by our couriers (see the shipping page) from 9 to 17, from Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the recipient's signature "for receipt" upon delivery.

Deliveries are made and guaranteed by Bartolini, GLS and DHL

The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address.

Once the shipment has been made it is not possible to change the destination address.

Any delivery delays exceeding 10 (ten) days. working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Receiving merchandise

To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.

If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier

We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.

Any problems in delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you are entitled to a period of 14 days available (starting from the date of receipt of the same) to exchange the item or return it (as per your right explained on the returns and refunds page).

The product must not have been used and viewed with the greatest possible care (see returns and refunds).

The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, and if possible, in their original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, it must be replaced with a similar one in size and capacity.

If the products are not satisfactory, a refund or exchange can be requested.

The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:

Returns Procedure

The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns made after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of P. Pelletterie srl.

P. Pelletterie Srl undertakes the task of reimbursing the full cost of the products returned by the Customer as long as it is previously verified that all the parameters for the refund to be carried out comply with the rules listed below.

The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer.

To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail with the subject RETURNS to obtain a return authorization number (RMA- Returns Merchandise Authorization).

To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by P. Pelletterie srl.

The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package.

P. Pelletterie srl sends a pre-filled sheet with the return authorization to apply to the package.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.

The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs charged to the customer who is asking to be able to return the purchased goods.

The return of the product is not free if the products are returned from a country other than the one originally indicated as the destination address.

Once the proforma return invoice has been completed, a pick-up day is chosen which will be communicated to Mylilly customer service, which in turn will notify the courier. The package must be delivered closed to the courier.

P. Pelletterie srl sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which P. Pelletterie srl received the returned product under the indicated conditions.

Return Conditions

The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.

The shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without box or in a damaged box can be refused and returned to the Customer.

All items, bags, accessories, suitcases and all other items for sale must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

Returns will not be accepted that do not meet all the required conditions.

Exchange of goods

It is also possible to replace the purchased product only with another analogue of a different size or measure within 14 days from the delivery date and on condition that it is available.

Exchanges requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of P. Pelletterie srl.

To make the change it is necessary to send an e-mail with the required CHANGE in the subject of the. To change, wait for the change authorization issued by P. Pelletterie srl. Unauthorized changes are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the paragraph "Return Procedures".

The purchased item can be exchanged with either an identical or similar model or in any case part of the catalog (unless there are special restrictions due to discounts or promotions). In the event that there are no items available, or if the customer likes it, the refund procedure can be arranged.

Defective merchandise

Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective.

It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges.

In such cases, P. Pelletterie srl will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.

If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible P. Pelletterie srl will proceed with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs in the case of a defective product at the origin, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment.

Gift return

In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges.

It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Reimbursements

Customers who are not satisfied with the product received can return them within 14 days from the delivery date.
