RETURNS AND REFUNDS
One of the main characteristics that distinguish Mylilly from other companies has always been to offer the utmost care for the customer and make sure that he is always satisfied.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase made on our site, all you have to do is start the procedure to assert your right of withdrawal.
The reimbursement of the expenditure will be 100%, the only cost to be incurred will be the shipping costs to return the product which are obviously borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased.

The withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of lack of all the elements supplied with the product (protective bag (in the models in which it is provided), labels, shoulder straps and various accessories) and anything else present in the original packaging.
Methods of Returning the Goods
If, as previously mentioned, you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send us an email to our customer service and start the return and refund procedure.
Below we will explain how to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal, what are the conditions for fulfilling our directives and what procedure to perform.
Within 14 days from the date on which the delivery of the goods was made, it is necessary to inform Mylilly by e-mail of the customer's intention to withdraw from the contract and indicate the order number (if in the order placed there are more quantities of products, indicate which ones are to be returned).
Indicate the reason (s) that prompted you to return the goods, because it helps us to improve.
Once we have received the notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract, Mylilly Customer Service will contact the customer by e-mail or by telephone to accept the request and confirm the shipment of the package.
Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, the customer must send the product by courier. The customer must pack the goods carefully in order to avoid damage during shipment. The package must contain all the accessories with which it was delivered.
The customer is required to take care of the shipping costs and is responsible for the product until delivery. In the event of loss, theft or otherwise, Mylilly reserves the right to charge any costs for damage suffered.
Once the goods are delivered to our warehouse, Mylilly will verify that the goods are intact and the presence of the products accompanying the original item. Therefore, there must be everything that was originally delivered to the customer.
Mylilly will then take care to reimburse the payment received from the customer as quickly as possible (approximately 3-5 days). The company will make the refund using the same payment method originally used by the customer for the initial transaction. In the event that the customer originally paid for the goods by cash on delivery (or payment on delivery), Mylilly will request the bank details to make a transfer in favor of the customer.
The consumer is responsible for bad handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and their functioning. Products will need to be inspected and tested with the same care and diligence that would be allowed in a physical store.
In case of damage to the product during transport, Mylilly will notify the customer of what happened in a timely manner, to allow the customer to immediately report the incident to the courier of his choice.
