Methods of Returning Goods for PURCHASES IN ITALY



1) Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, it is necessary to fill out our return form and send it to shop@mylilly.it.

2) Choose your preferred return method:



Shipping with our DHL courier:

- Free Return upon receipt of a purchase voucher of the same value as the item you purchased, usable within 1 year (also expendable for products on sale).

- Paid Return with shipping costs charged to the customer of € 6.90

As soon as we receive your request, DHL will send you an email with the label to be applied to the outside of the package and the booking link for collection, where you can choose the day and time that is most convenient for you.

3) The customer must pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during shipment. The returned item must be new, unused and must contain the tags and all accessories with which it was delivered. MYLILLY is not responsible for damage, loss, theft and manipulation of the goods sent by the customer for return.



4) As soon as we receive the item at our office, we will refund you within the following 48 hours (minus any shipping costs), through the same payment channel you used during the purchase. In case of cash on delivery, you will need to indicate your bank details in the form and a bank transfer will be made.

- The cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer

   EUROPE EU: 19.90 euro

   EUROPE NOT EU: 49.90 euro

   REST OF THE WORLD: 79.90 euro

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order with the same methods for returning the goods described above.
